Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Domestic Shipping (Canada) We ship across Canada via Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx. Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days after your order has been processed.

Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free shipping on orders over $50 CAD.

International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International delivery times vary by location and are typically 10–21 business days. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
